Book Reviews Made LESS Impossible A Reader Guide to Rewarding Authors eBook Brian K Morris Reviews
- While this information may seem basic to some, it will most certainly be helpful for those who are flustered by the idea of writing a review. It will also help authors who may be shy about asking for reviews or for those who don't understand how helpful reveiws truly are. Even the bad reviews serve a purpose and this books helps explain that.
- Using Mr. Morris' easy-peasy lemon squeezie template, I shall now demonstrate WHY you should have this book! )
I enjoyed this book.
The guide was very well thought out.
The yellow cover really stands out!
I think this is a valuable tool for authors and readers alike, and
I highly recommend this book!
In all seriousness Reviewing and getting reviews is serious business. But that doesn't mean it needs to be difficult business. Mr. Morris' book explains why it's so valuable to leave reviews and simplifies the process. Anyone can do it--even you, with this book. ;) - It's not bad to get a book you can read in one sit-down, and Brian, who is a good writer, knows how to do just that. This gives the reader impetus to get off his tuchis and let the author and others know that he or she liked the book or didn't, or was kinda in-between. And those reviews, even thumbs-down ones, do help the algorithms and get more traffic for the book. That being said, it wouldn't hurt if (cough, cough) I got a few more reviews of my own, but I'm grateful for the ones i've got!
- Sometimes as a reader we tell people verbally how we love a book. But we forget about today's technology and how it effects the authors we love. Not every publishing company can be huge. So this book helps break it down for you to see how the reviews can help the independent authors we love. It really is super quick(depending on the length of your review) and easy!
- I was gifted a copy of this book for an honest review. Very informative not only as a writer often seeking reviews, but also as a (fairly regular) reviewer sometimes intimidated by the blank review box. This is definitely worth the reader for people on both sides of a book. Check it out!
- The writer Brian K. Morris in his breezy easy to read style explains how to write a review. The tools he give to perform such a task are well spelled out that even I could do it.
